Nabeela Khan, a British born Pakistani, learned
home cooking from her
mother.
An innovative cook, she has developed a modern culinary
style
that uses British ingredients while remaining true to its
cultural roots.
Reflecting her love of food, Nabeela has run her own catering
business,
taught Indian cooking for the Dorset Local Education Authority
and
conducted cookery workshops as part of the Bridport
Food Festival.
