Michael Michaud and
his wife Joy are owners of Sea
Spring Farm, a small market garden
specialising in
the production of chillies and the home of Peppers
by Post. For the
last ten
years Michael has been studying and growing vegetables
and herbs used by Britain’s immigrant communities.
Pheeraya Hill, a Thai by birth, has been living in England
for sixteen years. A enthusiastic gardener
and cook, she
teaches Thai cooking at Yeovil College in Somerset.
Michael and Pheeraya have been working together
for six years, and in that time have co-written articles on
Thai culinary plants for both the Eden Project Friends Magazine
and the Royal Horticultural Society’s magazine, The Garden.
In addition, they have given cookery demonstrations to the
Food Writers Guild and Eden Project’s Friends.
